All content on this website and in our products — including the Family Emergency Plan, checklists, guides, quizzes, statistics, and any other materials (collectively, the "Materials") — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The Materials are not, and are not a substitute for, instructions or directives issued by government emergency-management agencies, law enforcement, or other authorities. In any actual emergency, always follow official instructions from local, state, and federal authorities, including evacuation orders and shelter-in-place directives.

2. Not Professional Advice

Nothing in the Materials constitutes legal, medical, financial, insurance, engineering, or other professional advice. References to topics such as medications, medical needs, food storage, water treatment, utility shut-offs, generators, or home security are general in nature and may not be appropriate for your specific circumstances. Consult qualified professionals — including your physician regarding medical and medication matters, and licensed tradespeople regarding utilities and equipment — before acting on any information in the Materials.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Emergencies are inherently unpredictable. While the Materials are prepared with care and reference publicly available guidance from sources such as FEMA and the American Red Cross, Liberty Ridge Preparedness Co. ("we," "us," "our") makes no representation or warranty that following the Materials will prevent injury, death, property damage, or other loss, or that any plan will be effective in any particular emergency. Preparedness reduces risk; it does not eliminate it.

4. Assumption of Risk

By using the Materials, you acknowledge and agree that emergency preparedness activities — including but not limited to storing food, water, and fuel; operating generators or other equipment; practicing drills; and traveling during emergencies — carry inherent risks, and that you undertake such activities voluntarily and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation is safe and appropriate for you, your household, and your property.

5. Digital Product Terms & License

The Family Emergency Plan is a digital product delivered electronically. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the product for the personal, non-commercial use of you and members of your immediate household. You may print as many copies as your household reasonably needs. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the product or any portion of it;
• Share the download file or link publicly or with persons outside your household;
• Use the product to create a competing product or service;
• Remove copyright or attribution notices.

Gift purchases convey the same single-household license to the recipient household. Group and church orders receive one household license per copy purchased.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including Gumroad, Inc.), whose own terms of service apply to the checkout transaction. We do not see or store your full payment card details.

All sales are final. Because the product is a digital good delivered in full immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. The complete table of contents is published on the product page so you can review exactly what is included before buying. By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by law, you waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right upon delivery. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
